well... i played with u the otehr day and u did boom good with brits... but u wouldve died by a rush... which is what every player in tad does there is no boomin... | |

milesvan - i have TAD and fanpatch, but havnt installed the patch. did pretty well without patch, can only get better with patch. | |

well r u talkin vanilla or TAD, cause a 5-6 min rush in vanilla is real impresive. this is saying that ur sending more than like 10 men tho | |

Both Vanilla and TAD. The standard for a quality player and game doesn't change between the two. A good rush in TAD is usually a good rush in Nilla and vice versa (accounting for changes made to the civ, naturally). The trick gifted is to learn to do both the military and eco well simultaneously. I've played a bit of nilla recently and found that people too often sacrifice one entirely for the other. | |

Actually to the contrary gifted, some of the rushes in vanilla were nerfed with TAD, especially otto and russia. Britain only really has one good rush, which is the 21 musket rush. A good rush can get into the enemy's base with a large advantage by around 8 minutes, bearing in mind the enemy's resistance, if it is successful. | |

ye i agree with all of this, but if i can get a pretty large force of pikes and lbs by 8 mins while not sacrificing my eco much. i think thats a pretty succesful strat. | |

Voting occurs in the private page on this website. First one of us has to put you up to vote. Gifted, unfortunately we are already looking at a number of higher skilled vanilla-based players to join V. I don't want to rule you out, and to be fair please join a TAD/Fanpatch room with a V member playing to prove your strengths... but from the way you're presenting yourself, it's hard to be impressed. A 8-9 minute attack is not a rush and pure booms will get you killed before 8 minutes in the games we play. Luckily, many top clans have agreed to bring in recruits with intent of training them to a higher level. Keep on playing so that we know your presence. | |

5:00 is a amazing rush or a iroq rush 5:30-6:45 is a rush 7:00-8:00 is a average attack
9:00<------------------------ gifted thinks this is a rush 8:00-10:00 is a FF attack 10:00-12:00 is FI attack Well if you think 9 min is a rush you have not played anyone good before. "it works for me" is another thing that makes me think you play with noobs.If you have not played TAD with fanpatch is another almost all the good players play TAD. | |

JG, FI's do not attack at 10 minutes because they simply don't work (you get attacked) perfectly smoothly and that is your age 4 time (not attack time) under ideal conditions, and really iro rushes don't attack at 5 minutes. Also, stop bashing gifted; you've never seen him play. He could well be better than you, and just using bad word choice (rush, boom, etc). | |

i think 9min attack is a rush lol after FF, after a couple of cards, then attack. i call it rush while everyone else doesnt. and yea, it works for me >.< | |
