Ok so here is a fun thread where everyone can talk about the good old days. Pretty much everyones favorite time on gameranger. My favorite time on gr would probably be my time in nassau. Me deathmatch and banished had the funnest games. We had many fun games against the |V| clan. Many against fred when he still played. We may have not won many of them, but they were still extremely fun. No arguements, just plain fun. So what are your favorite times on gr? | |

I'd say the best days were back when Legendary was around. Lot of good, fun games back then. The gameplay might not have been as good as it is on gr now but it sure was a lot of fun! | |

good old, very old, old days where mr love and i was friends. the newb clans, dgs, gods and that crap lol.. old players like panda, galaxy, xire and rouge.. strangers some times on but hes someone other lol.. ahm, everybody was a noob, exept panda and macabee lol. ^^ | |

So let's be a bit nostalgic as the topic asks ... Yeah summer 08 was awesome indeed, that was when I started to play this game, with the old wise Stranger and many other good people. When u're a newbie there are many new things to learn and that's fun. Then a fun period for me with a few frenchies in da FrenchCo clan (;)) who all left then ... Finally good 'serious' games with V during summer 09, when Fred used to play on GR. Sorry I don't really play anymore right now, for me this game is not as much exciting as it was at the beginning, and above all I've many things to do in rl ... See you from time to time. By far the summer of 07 and 08 were sick as fuck... Nåssåu was the shit when, Winter and War were still around... I happened to join which was one of the best clans (entertaining) to be in :), so I'm totally with ya fullmetal although we disbanded Nåssåu in which I don't think you were apart of, banished started it up again after i mentioned it once, and became the dumbshit to use my idea haha, anyways Nåssåu was classy <3 | |

Nassau wasn't the best, but we certainly enjoyed gaming it up, we did occasionally have good no rules games, we raped shit in treaty games, that was our strength | |

good ol days of ØdØ and COTF dueling it out just because they hated each other azaz and oxxus and 2112 and minuteman to name a few. back when tod was...well...good. Also when yankee was online, he and i would have the best time fucking around with younger gamers and telling them that we owned the server and that if they didn't leave our room we would block them from gameranger, or the time when AOE james gave us his phone number, like his cell #. what an absolute idiot. Anyways, back when people played politely and as a team. And where being in a clan meant something more than just teaming together. When the game wasn't so technical to the point where its not fun anymore (i still have fun and i know for a fact that voz has fun and hes the most technical person when it comes to this game). When people would be keep noobs in the room to teach them right then and there on the spot, not schedule a meeting that falls through cause were all pretty unreliable. Back when if you were good, YOU WERE GOOD. ^these are a few of my favorite things | |
