VENTRILO This is a nifty app that allows you to chat with teammates while in game without trading screennames or sending friend requests. It's been really helpful for me when playing with teammates that also use Ventrilo. Download: www.ventrilo.com SETUP Here's the stuff you need to know to join the server that was graciously paid for by old gameranger players: Hostname or IP: vent7.gameservers.com Port NUmber: 4579 Password: PLEASE ASK |V| Member for the password. After that, click OK and click SETUP on the right side and activate push-to-talk. Make your hotkey for activating voice your FUNCTION (FN) key or CONTROL key, something you don't use in-game too much. | |

i believe u also have to put the server name, b4 u put ths info.. so the server name is: GoD | |

I am an admin on this ventrilo, which gives me the abilities to kick, ban, and move players. Also create channels... etc. | |

sangoku116, u dont need the V clan password to use vent. when u get your account set up and go on vent u will be able to chat with anyone who is not in a clan room. Most of the time the players who are on gameranger will be in a room that u can enter. the clan rooms are not used much anymore. Just follow vozohe's instructions and it will make more sense to u. | |
